How Do I Get Them?
"So, I've been reading about essential oils and now I want to know, how do I get them?"
First of all, Amazon is an awesome resource for purchasing things online, but NOT Young Living essential oils! Why not? You can not guarantee what is in the bottle. One can purchase a bottle of Young Living oil, purchase some sealed lids, dump the oil out, refill it with whatever they want, and then put a sealed lid right back on the, now, adulterated oil- yuk! Often times, too, the oils are overpriced for the seller's gain. Young Living's wholesale membership is the BEST deal on YL products. You also can't get free oils when you purchase through other websites!
The two options for purchasing Young Living Products are:
Retail Customer
You can sign up as a retail customer and purchase at full retail cost from Young Living's website. I do NOT recommend this route. It's a 24% mark up from the wholesale price, you don't have access to a Premium Starter Kit or any free promotions. It's a pretty lame deal.
Wholesale Member

2. Choose Your membership Option – Member is how to get the best prices and best value!

4. Fill out your name, billing address, shipping address, and contact info. (The reason you are asked to list your social security number is for tax purposes. There is an opportunity to receive thank you checks and earn commissions with Young Living. By federal law, they have to send you a 1099 if your earnings exceed $600. 6. Select your starter kit. This is where you can specify which starter kit you would like (and you know I think the Premium Kit is the way to go!). Be sure to choose your kit that has the diffuser option you'd prefer. You must sign up with one of these kits to become a Wholesale Member. To maintain your 24% discount going forward, you only need to spend $50 each subsequent year with Young Living on any product on their site. That’s it! You can also purchase other items at this time if you wish – by adding to your order now you may qualify for the monthly FREE promotions only available to members.
7. Set up your *optional* Essential Rewards Program. Now don’t be confused by this next step. Buying one of the ER kits is not a requirement to sign up as a Wholesale Member! This is a rewards program you can opt into to start earning money back to help pay for your oils. At this point, you can skip this step by selecting “No, thank you. I plan on enrolling in the Essential Rewards Program later”. If one of the ER kits looks valuable to you then by all means get one in addition to your starter kit.

9. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. It is easy to miss this step and end up not fully checking out. To confirm later, you will have to log in and it will show you your order again and it will make you enter in your payment information again.
